Question about roofing quotes in Red Deer, why does everyone leave out the disposal fee?
Last week I bid a tear-off on a 1970s bungalow in Red Deer and the homeowner showed me three other quotes that all said 'materials included' but not one of them listed the $600 to $900 dump fee for the old shingles. I've seen this same thing on 4 jobs this year, and the homeowner always picks the low number until the bins show up and the price jumps. If you're a roofer around here, do you put the disposal line right on the quote or bury it in the square foot price?
