Hit 200 briskets in a row without a single stall

Tweaked my fire management after watching a pitmaster in Lockhart back in 2017 and it just clicked. Anyone else had a stat like that sneak up on you?

Oh wow, 200 in a row is wild. What temp are you running your pit at that keeps you out of the stall zone?

What temp keeps you out of the stall zone" - man, I think that's the wrong question. The stall is just meat doing its thing, same way we all hit walls in our routines. You don't avoid it, you just learn to ride it out and trust the process.
