Shoutout to the old Milwaukee cordless drill that finally quit on me

It was a 20 volt Fuel model I bought about five years back. The chuck just locked up tight yesterday while I was driving some 3 inch screws into a header. I tried some penetrating oil and a strap wrench, but it wouldn't budge. Ended up having to run to the shop to grab my backup so I could finish the day. Has anyone had luck fixing a seized chuck on these, or is it just time to retire it?

Heard a heat gun can sometimes break it loose.
