Hot take: That new salon in Denver on Broadway isn't all that

Ngl, I went to Luxe Collective last weekend because everyone keeps hyping it up on here. But honestly, the stylist spent more time on her phone than actually looking at my hair. I paid $120 for a blowout that fell flat in 3 hours. Has anyone else been disappointed by a place that gets constant rave reviews?
