Finally got my workshop pegboard organized after 4 months of piling tools on the floor
Spent three entire weekends trying to plan out where everything should go, but it actually clicked when I just started hanging the stuff I reach for most first instead of overthinking it anyone else make this way harder than it needs to be?

Yeah I used to think pegboards were overrated but you just changed my mind on that.

Oh man, I don't know, pegboards feel like one of those things where people get way too excited about it. Like, it's just a board with holes in it, right? I mean you can get the same effect by using a couple of shelves or a magnetic strip for less money and less hassle. Maybe it's just me but I've seen people go all out with the fancy tool outlines and the color coordinated pegboard hooks and it feels like they're trying to show off more than actually be useful. Idk, I guess if you have like a million tiny tools it might work but for most people it's just extra clutter.
