Debating if frozen veggies are better than fresh for quick dinners after talking to my neighbor

My neighbor Linda said she stopped buying fresh broccoli because it goes bad after 2 days and she just tosses frozen bags into stir fries. But I feel like fresh has more crunch and flavor, even if it takes more prep. What do you all lean towards for a 20 minute meal on a Tuesday night?

Oh boy, Linda and her frozen broccoli evangelism (I swear she's going to start handing out pamphlets at the bus stop). Honestly, fresh broccoli that's been sitting in my fridge for a week just gets sad and floppy, so I'm team frozen for anything that involves cooking it down, like stir fries or sheet pan dinners. But for a quick Tuesday meal, I'll definitely take the soggy frozen crunch over having to chop and wash fresh stuff while I'm starving and hangry, you know?
