Stumbled on an AI art gallery in Portland that blew my mind

I was walking around the Pearl District last weekend and found this small gallery called "Neural Canvas" that was 100% AI generated art. They had this one piece that looked like a real oil painting from 5 feet away, but up close you could see the weird AI tells in the brush strokes. Has anyone else visited a place that actually showed AI art in a serious gallery setting instead of just online?

I actually had a similar moment with an AI piece where stepping closer totally changed the experience for me. The thing that clicked was realizing I had to appreciate it more like a digital print than a painting, which helped me stop comparing it to traditional art. Once I let go of that, I was able to just enjoy the weird details up close instead of being put off by them.

Blew my mind" is a strong take lol. I've seen a few AI art shows and the stuff just feels hollow to me, like it's missing the actual decision making and mistakes that make real paintings interesting.
