Spent 11 hours chasing a ground fault in a 40 unit building in Roanoke, turned out to be a screw
Last Tuesday I got called to a 40 unit apartment building in Roanoke because half the panel kept tripping every time it rained. I tested every zone, rang out 6 runs of wire, and pulled the panel twice, then found a drywall screw from a remodel poking through a staple into the zone wire in unit 12. How do you all handle remodel damage when the client swears nobody touched the walls?
