That Vista 20P panel at the Twin Falls job froze mid-programming and I lost two hours
Spent all Tuesday morning at a dental office in Twin Falls trying to finish a Vista 20P swap, and the keypad locked up right after I punched in zone 14. I tried the installer code three times, got nothing, and had to power cycle the whole can. Ended up redoing all the zone programming from scratch while the dentist kept poking his head in asking when the staff could set their codes. Anyone else had a Honeywell keypad just go braindead like that, or did I get a bad board?

Honestly that sounds like a firmware glitch, not a bad board.
