Concrete truck showed up 4 hours late, site crew just stood around

Last week I booked a pour for 8am in Airdrie and the ready-mix truck rolled in at noon. My two guys were on standby the whole time, so that ate $280 in labor before we even leveled anything. The dispatcher blamed the Deerfoot construction, but the invoice still had that full delivery fee. How do you handle late material suppliers, do you push back on the charge or just eat it to keep the relationship?
