Vent: saw a loose bolt on the Ferris wheel at Navy Pier last weekend

The safety bar on car 14 had a bolt sticking out about half an inch and nobody checked it before the ride started. Am I wrong for wanting to report it, or do you just accept that stuff is normal at big parks?
