Ever notice how people will spend hours watching videos to avoid a simple call? My neighbor spent three days watching tutorials on a leaky faucet, bought three wrong parts, and still had to call a plumber who fixed it in ten minutes. The YouTube diagnosis is free, but the real cost is all that wasted time and the extra frustration when the "fix" doesn't work. It's like we'd rather drown in info from strangers than just get a direct answer from someone who knows.
