Loose cannon plug in the gear lever caused my flap fault gremlin

After swapping three relays and tracing every wire in the harness for 2 days, the real culprit was a cannon plug that felt snug but had one pin backing out under vibration, so now I give every plug a gentle wiggle test before I even break out the multimeter, has anyone else found a pin that only fails when the airframe hits a certain frequency?
