Seriously? That's not ambition, it's neglect. You probably left the jar sealed too tight or didn't feed it on time. Now you're stuck cleaning dough off surfaces, which is just a boring chore. Nothing artistic about a kitchen covered in goop.

Modern art installation, sure, but that dough gets everywhere. I've had starters go wild before, and the key is to use a damp cloth to wipe it up before it dries. Charles_burns28 isn't wrong about it being a chore, but it's fixable if you catch it early. Also, keep your starter in a bigger jar next time, gives it room to grow without exploding.
