Rant: used lighter fluid on my ribs for 2 years til my uncle pointed at the fire
He said the thick white smoke was creosote and not flavor, and a $12 chimney starter cut my cook by an hour. Anyone else get hooked on the easy squirt bottle before switching to a chimney?
