Lost a customer over a loose headset, learned my lesson

Last month a guy came in with a wobble he couldn't find, turned out the headset was just loose, not worn out. I didn't torque it to spec after a quick test ride, I just snugged it by feel and sent him off. He came back two days later with the same wobble and asked for his money back, said I didn't fix it right. Now I torque everything with a wrench, even if it's a 2 minute job. Anyone else had a customer call you out for skipping the final check?
