Serious question, is anybody else at the Blade Show in Atlanta sick of the $600 table knives that can't cut paper?
I handled a dozen custom flippers at the show last weekend and half of them wouldn't slice printer paper clean, yet the makers were bragging about mirror-polished blades instead of edge geometry, which makes me think the scene cares more about pocket jewelry than actual cutting.
