Found a way to keep my propagation station alive during winter using an old aquarium heater
I live in Minnesota and my windowsill gets way too cold for cuttings to root in December. Last month I realized my old 20 gallon aquarium heater from a tank I broke down 3 years ago could just sit in the glass jar I use for props. Set it to 72 degrees and my pothos cuttings started rooting in 9 days instead of the usual 3 weeks. Anyone else retrofitted random pet supplies for plant stuff?

Same boat here in Wisconsin, the struggle is real when the heat kicks on and everything dries out. That's a genius hack, I've got an old heat mat from a reptile tank I might repurpose now.
