Used to buy lunch at the deli near my shop every day, now I meal prep on Sundays and my wallet finally stopped crying
Spent $11 to $14 a day in Columbus for like 3 years until I did the math last month and saw I was burning over $250 a month on sad sandwiches, so now I cook 5 portions of chili or chicken and rice on Sunday for about $18 total, and honestly I don't miss the deli at all, but I'm running out of ideas, what's your go to cheap meal that actually reheats well?
