Customer complaint about my cable loops made me rethink everything

I had a homeowner in Austin tell me my drip loops looked like spaghetti and it bugged me for days. But after I started measuring every loop to 4 inches with a template, my callbacks for water damage dropped to almost zero. Anyone else get pushed into changing their install style by a picky customer?
