Hit repair number 500 yesterday and it snuck up on me
I was logging a simple mirror box reinstall on a Pentax K1000 when I noticed the counter in my notebook hit 500 repairs. That number blew my mind because it took me 6 years to get there, with the first 100 taking almost 2 years alone. The weird part is I still feel like I'm learning something new on maybe 1 out of every 10 jobs, mostly around old leaf shutters that stick. The milestone itself didn't feel big in the moment, just another camera on the bench. What number made you stop and think about how far you've come in this trade?
