Appreciation post: my dad's old mortgage papers from 1982 Scarborough

Found them in a box last month, $47,800 for a bungalow on Birchmount, and the interest rate was written in pen like it was no big deal. Anyone else have old family paperwork that makes you want to sit down for a minute?
