Hot take: our landlord finally fixed the heat pump in our Sudbury duplex and the November bill came in at $89
We moved into this place back in 2021 and every winter the upstairs would sit around 14 degrees while we paid close to $300 a month for electric baseboards. Two weeks of pestering, one licensed tech, and a $340 part later, the heat pump is actually running right, and the bill for November was $89 for a 3 bedroom. Has anyone else had a landlord drag their feet on a repair like this, and did you get the money back for the months you overpaid?
