Neighbor said her daughter gave up on buying in Kitchener and moved back home at 29
Heard this over the fence last weekend and it stuck with me, because back in 2015 my wife and I put 5% down on a semi in Guelph and that felt tight at the time. Now the same street is asking $780k and I honestly don't know how anyone starting out does it. Is anyone else hearing these same stories from people in their late 20s around here?
