My neighbor told me my car cover was doing more harm than good, and he was right
I left my Camaro under a cheap cover in the driveway for 8 weeks and pulled it off to find scratches all over the roof from trapped grit. He said to wash it first and use a cover with a soft inner lining, so now I rinse the car and let it dry before it goes under. Anyone else learn this the hard way, or do you just skip covers and wax instead?
