Had to choose between canned tuna and canned salmon for meal prep...
I was standing in the grocery aisle last Tuesday trying to decide which one to buy for the week. Went with the tuna because it was $1.20 a can versus $2.80 for the salmon. Mixed it with some leftover rice and frozen peas from my freezer stash and honestly it worked out pretty solid. Anyone else ever make a cheaper swap that turned out better than you expected?

Swapped beef for lentils in chili once. Actually liked it better.
