Picked flood coolant over mist for my new job, zero regrets
Started at a shop outside Cleveland last month and had to choose between a flood system and a mister for our old Haas. I went flood because the parts are mostly 6061 and I hate the fog hanging in the air. First week ran 120 pieces with no chip welding and the operator next to me asked what I did different. Anyone else made the switch and never looked back?
