Shoutout to the guy who loaned me 12 issues of Savage Dragon at a con in Cleveland

He saw me staring at a longbox, handed over his whole stack for free, and my Sunday went from zero to unforgettable in about 10 minutes, so has anyone else had a stranger just make their whole week at a show?

Was it the guy with the longbox full of keys, or just some random hero in cargo shorts? Tbh, that kind of generosity is why I still hit up shows even after getting burned on a few overpriced dealers. Ngl, I had a dude at a Philly con hand me a stack of old X-Force comics just cause I mentioned I was getting back into collecting, and it totally made my whole weekend.
