Visited an old client's server room and found a CRT monitor still running

Stopped by a dentist office I haven't worked with in about 5 years to swap out a dead switch. Walked into their server closet and there's a 15 inch CRT monitor sitting on the rack shelf, still displaying the RAID controller status. The thing was humming away like it was 2002. I asked the office manager when they last touched it and she said she didn't even know it was down there. Anyone else still run into old gear that refuses to die?

That CRT has probably outlasted three dentists.
