Why does nobody talk about the WTC 7 collapse report using a different method than the Twin Towers?

I keep seeing people argue about jet fuel and steel beams for the Twin Towers, but almost nobody brings up Building 7. It fell at 5:20pm on 9/11 and it was never hit by a plane. The official report from NIST used a totally different explanation for that building, and I think that's the detail most people skip. Has anyone here actually read the NIST report on Building 7 and can explain why the method changed?
