That client who cried over a haircut after her divorce

Tbh I still think about this one woman who came in about 7 months ago, right after her divorce was final. She sat down and just said, 'Do whatever you want, I don't care anymore.' I gave her a shoulder-length bob with some face-framing layers, nothing crazy. Halfway through the blowout she started tearing up and told me it was the first time she felt like herself in two years. She tipped me $60 on a $45 service, which was wild, but it wasn't about the money. Has anyone else had a client open up like that during a cut, and how do you handle that kind of moment without getting too emotional yourself?
