Spent 5 hours chasing a load chart error that turned out to be one number

Chasing a load chart issue on the Liebherr in Houston took me a full 5 hours, mostly because I kept trusting the old chart in the cab instead of the current one for that boom length. Turned out the radius number I was using was off by 3 feet, which threw every capacity figure I checked. How do you all keep your charts straight when a machine gets reconfigured?
