Lost 6 hours of layer work when my tablet driver crashed at 2am
Was finishing up a piece for a local gallery show in Portland when my Wacom just stopped responding mid-stroke. Turns out the driver updated itself in the background and bricked my pressure sensitivity, so all my linework came out flat and ugly. I ended up redrawing the whole thing from an old autosave and barely made the deadline. Anyone else keep a backup tablet just in case, or am I the only one paranoid about this stuff?
