Vent: guy at the shop said nobody rebuilds their own hubs anymore and I just stood there
He told me last Tuesday that sealed cartridge hubs killed the old cup and cone rebuild, and I get why nobody wants to mess with 25 tiny ball bearings on the kitchen floor, but is repacking cones really a lost skill now or do you all still do it?
