Been tracking my shop time for 4 months and the pattern at 2am is weird

I started writing down what time I finish in my garage every night since March, and almost every long project wraps up between 12:30 and 1:45am, never later. Anything past 2am is usually me just sanding the same corner over and over. Does anyone else hit a wall at a certain hour where you're still working but nothing good is happening?
