My 3D model of a bracket assembly completely failed the interference check
I was detailing a steel support bracket for a client in Cincinnati, using the standard clearance I always do. Ran the check and it flagged over a dozen clashes I never saw on the screen. Turns out my viewport visual style was hiding the problem by making overlapping lines look fine. I had to go back and manually adjust half the bolt holes. Anyone have a better method for catching this stuff before the final check?

Viewport settings have tricked me more times than I'd like to admit.

Heard some guys set up a rule to run interference checks on a simpler visual style first, right @andrew_harris3?
