Spent $150 on a decent drafting stool, my back actually made it through Friday
I used to just grab whatever chair was in the break room and deal with lower back pain by 1pm. After my third week hunched over the board I ordered a stool with lumbar support and a foot ring, cost me $150 out of pocket. First day I noticed I wasn't shifting around every ten minutes trying to get comfortable. By Friday I finished a full set of floor plans without needing to stretch every hour. Has anyone else gotten grief from their shop about spending money on comfort instead of just toughening it out?
