Spent a whole shift trying to clear a jammed cutterhead on the old Marion 7400

We hit a huge, buried log mat near the river bend, and it took us from 7 AM until almost 3 PM to cut it all free and clear the pump intake. What's the longest you've ever been stuck on a single snag or jam?

Got stuck for a full day once on a single root ball. Felt like trying to dig out a car with a spoon.

Totally feel you on that @willow244. My buddy Mike once spent like 5 hours trying to yank a stump out with his truck and a chain. Snapped the chain and nearly put the truck through his garage door. Ended up just renting a stump grinder for 50 bucks and it was done in 20 minutes.
