When I got my first solo apartment in Columbus back in 2021 I was doing reductions and plating with tweezers at 9pm on a work night, now I just toss chicken thighs, peppers, and a can of chickpeas on one pan and eat straight off it, and honestly the only thing I miss is not having a sink full of tiny sauce pots waiting for me.
