Shoutout to ditching the kitchen table for a $65 rolling cart in my garage
Six months ago I was packing every order on my kitchen table with a scale, tape gun, and rolls of bubble mailers stacked on the floor, and it took me about 12 minutes per package. I moved the whole setup onto a rolling cart near the garage door in March so I could pack, weigh, and stack outgoing boxes on one surface without carrying anything up the stairs. Now I'm down to around 4 minutes an order, and I'm wondering if anyone else has a separate pack station or if I'm just late to this whole idea.
