Bought a $200 'premium' screen protector and it cracked in two weeks

I was so careful with it too. The packaging said military grade or whatever and I spent almost an hour putting it on perfectly with no bubbles. Dropped my phone from maybe 2 feet onto carpet and there's a spiderweb crack right across the corner. Support said user error so no refund. Has anyone found a screen protector that actually holds up or should I just go with a $10 one next time?
