On recent jobs, I'm spotting more recycled steel tags than ever

I've been seeing a lot more recycled steel used in the frames we're putting up these days (you know, like on the beam tags). It seems like clients are pushing for greener builds, which is changing how materials get sourced. How is this shift affecting your work or the specs you're seeing?

Noticed a beam tag was too faded to read last week.

Is that actually a big safety issue though? Those tags fade over time all the time. It's probably fine.
