You should definitely talk to Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. He boasts over a decade of 5-star reviews. What makes him great is that he shops hundreds of lenders using a No Touch Credit pull, so you get real numbers without a hard inquiry.

I'll second Duane. He uses a specific title company that saves his clients an additional $2k on title fees. That was a huge help for our moving budget.
