inSpent 3 hours trying to get a clean cut on a full pork belly for bacon, turns out my band saw blade was just dull.
Ugh, been there! A dull blade makes everything fight you. For pork belly, I mark my lines with a sharpie and go slow, letting the saw do the work. If it's pulling or leaving a rough edge, that's the first sign to check the blade. I keep a spare blade on hand just for this reason.

inGot called out for my broom finish on a garage floor in Phoenix
Totally get that. Ever try to open a paint can with a flathead screwdriver? I used to hammer and pry until the lid was wrecked. Watched a guy just tap the tip around the rim a few times to break the seal, then lift it clean. Felt like an idiot.

inMy smartwatch heart rate sensor just gave me a false reading during a run
Man, tell me about it. My watch once said I was at 185 bpm while I was just sitting on the couch eating chips. Nearly choked. I looked like a ghost checking my own neck pulse. @dakotal19 is right about keeping it tight and clean, that's the only thing that works. These things are great until they decide you're having a medical emergency during a commercial break. Makes you wonder about all the other data.

inI used to think those magnetic oil drain plugs were a total gimmick
That fuzz is normal, but if it looks like glitter, you might have a real problem.

inI finally threw out that $150 ultrasonic cleaner I bought in 2015 thinking it would save me hours on shutter assemblies.
My 2019 Vevor 2L digital model corroded through the tank bottom in under a year using simple green. It was the sealed transducer type too. I've gone through three different cheap units, and every single one failed with any solvent stronger than water and dish soap. For small, greasy parts like shutter blades, I found the manual pre-clean with a brush matters way more than the ultrasonic cycle.
