Hiring agencies used to mean a lunch meeting in Tacoma, now I just read the last 3 reviews on their own site
Two years back I picked shops off a referral and a handshake, and I got burned twice on $2k retainers before I caught on. Now I open their site, sort reviews by newest, and look for the 2 star ones first to see if the owner replies at all. What's your first move before you even book a call with a new agency?
