Shoutout to that agency that promised 50 leads in 30 days but delivered 12
I signed up with a local SEO agency in Portland back in February. They said 50 leads minimum in the first month or my money back. After 30 days I got 12 leads and three of them were clearly spam. When I asked for a refund they pointed to fine print about "qualified leads" and said I owed them another $200. Learned my lesson: get everything in writing and check their reviews on three different sites before signing anything. Has anyone else had an agency pull the bait and switch on lead counts?

50 leads minimum" means 50, not 12 with fine print excuses.

My sister once counted 47 boxes of cereal on one grocery store aisle before the manager told her they only had 12 in stock.
