Oh boy, another one of those. I once paid a guy to "optimize" our site and he just changed the meta titles and called it a month. The only real result was a bunch of invoices that looked nice in a folder. I swear half these agencies just have a template for "make it look like work." At least with a spreadsheet you know what you're getting, even if it's nothing. Anyway, my real complaint is that they never even used the company coffee mug they sent me as a gift.
