Watching a small agency pitch in Akron changed how I read reviews
I went with a friend to a local business expo in Akron last Saturday. One booth was a tiny marketing agency doing live mock pitches to whoever stopped by. What got me was how they talked about their own past client reviews. They pulled up a 2 star review from 3 years ago and explained what went wrong and what they fixed. Then they showed a 5 star review from last month that mentioned the exact same problem solved. I realized I never look for that kind of pattern when I read agency reviews. I just glance at the star count and maybe the top comment. Now I scan for repeated complaints or praise across different timeframes. Has anyone else started digging into review history like that after seeing something similar?
