Thought air fryer hard boiled eggs were a gimmick, tried it last Tuesday and I'm annoyed I waited
I figured the shells would stick or the whites would turn rubbery, but 15 minutes at 270 then an ice bath gave me the easiest peels I've had. My kid ate three without complaining about the yolk being chalky. Anyone got a temp and time that works better for a softer center?
Figured I was the last guy on earth to try this, spent years fighting shells like everyone else. Try 12 minutes at 270 for a softer yolk, still peels clean.
