Visited a friend's house and their air fryer salmon came out perfect
I went over to my friend Jen's place last Tuesday and she made salmon in her air fryer. She just seasoned it with salt, pepper, and a little dill, then cooked it at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. It came out flaky and moist, not dry at all like mine always turns out. I asked her if she did anything special and she said she just brushed it with olive oil first. Anyone have a similar trick for keeping fish from drying out?
